Chipsuri din varza kale

Vreau sa incep anul cu postari mai deosebite, sper sa reusesc. Daca gasiti varza kale in magazinele romanesti, cumparati si sa faceti aceste chipsuri, pentru ca sunt tare bune. Baietelului nostru, care are doar 6 ani, i-au placut foarte mult si mi-a cerut sa ii mai fac.

Ingrediente:

– o varza kale
– o lingurita ulei de masline
– 1/4 lingurita condimente italiene (Italian seasoning), sau orice alt condiment preferati
– sare si piper dupa gust

Mod de preparare:

Preincalziti cuptorul la 170C. Pregatiti o tava cu hartie de copt. 

Se ia fiecare frunza de kale, se desprinde de pe nervuri si se rupe in bucatele. Se spala bine si se zvanta. Uleiul se amesteca impreuna cu condimentele, sarea si piperul. Se pun frunzele in acest dressing si se amesteca in asa fel incat fiecare bucata de frunza sa beneficieze de atingerea dressingului. 

Se aseaza intr-un singur strat, in tava pregatita, si se dau la cuptor pentru 10 minute. 

Se pot servi caldute sau reci, sunt la fel de bune. 

Puteti folosi si praf de usturoi sau puteti sa le lasati simple, doar cu ulei, sare si piper. Sunt bune oricum. 
 
Daca doriti (si aveti posibilitati)o varianta si mai sanatoasa, cu folosirea dehidratorului in loc de cuptor, puteti accesa reteta aceasta.
