Supa de varza cu proteina vegetala

Aceasta supa de varza cu fasole boabe este buna si sanatoasa si nu cred sa se gaseasca cineva sa ma contrazica 🙂 Este o supa foarte buna, as tot manca 🙂 Am gandit ca, daca fasolea frecata este atat de buna cu salata de varza, de ce n-ar merge si supa de varza cu boabe de fasole? Si merge bine de tot! In plus, este mai hranitoare decat supa de varza simpla si cred ca va va face mult mai bine in cazul in care suneti vegetarieni sau tineti un post mai lung.

Ingrediente: o varza creata de marime medie, o ceapa, 3-4 catei de usturoi, 2 morcovi, 1-2 tulpini de telina (eu am uitat sa le pun), 1 conserva de fasole boabe, 1 lingurita rasa boia de ardei,  1 varf de cutit praf de turmeric, o cutie pasta de rosii, sare si piper dupa  gust, marar si patrunjel proaspat.

Cum am procedat: intr-o lingura de ulei si 2-3 de apa am sotat ceapa (normal, tocata) si mai apoi am adaugat usturoiul. Am pus boiaua si turmericul si apoi varza taiata fin. Am completat cu apa fierbinte, cat sa acopere, si am lasat sa fiarba 5 minute. Dupa aceea am pus pasta de rosii, morcovii dati pe razatoare (nu e necesar sa-i razuiti, pot fi taiati rondele) si telina (daca nu uitati de ea :). Potriviti de sare si lasati la fiert pana cand varza are consistenta pe care o doriti. Adaugati fasolea, patrujelul si mararul si mai lasati sa dea un clocot. 

Eu am folosit boabe de fasole alba si carnoasa, al carui gust imi place in mod deosebit, insa puteti folosi alt fel de fasole sau chiar boabe de naut din conserva sau fierte de dumneavoastra.
