Pate de ton cu capere si castraveciori

Este un aperitiv pe care il fac destul de des in ultima vreme, dupa ce l-am descoperit la Ioana pe site. Eu am mai adaugat cate ceva, insa am respectat cantitatile si indrumarile Ioanei.

Ingrediente: conserva de ton (250g), 2 oua fierte, o ceapa mai micuta sau 3 fire ceapa verde, o lingura capere, 2-3 castraveciori din borcan, o lingurita mustar, piper, sare dupa gust si cateva fire de marar proaspat. In conserva mea de ton am avut si un mic ardei iute. Daca nu gasiti asemenea conserva de ton, puteti adauga dumneavoastra un ardei iute murat, foarte micut sau sa puneti cateva picaturi de sos de chili. 

Mod de preparare: se fierb ouale tari, se curata de coaja si se taie felii. Intr-un food procesor se pun tonul, ouale, ceapa si castraveciorii, toate taiate bucatele. Adaugati  mustarul si ardeiul iute sau sosul chili. Dati cateva pulsuri. Se potriveste de sare si piper si se adauga caperele si mararul. Se mai dau cateva pulsuri si pateul e gata.
Se poate servi pe paine prajita. Este delicios.
