  • 240g faina
  • 1 pachet praf de copt 10g
  • 1/4 lingurita sare
  • 350g zahar (eu pun intotdeauna mai putin, cam 275, maxim 300)
  • 160g unt topit, la temperatura camerei (sau 120ml ulei)
  • 4 oua
  • 80g cacao
  • 80g zahar praf cu gust de vanilie
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie sau un plic zahar vanilat
  • Optional: esenta de rom sau esenta de cafea

Se amesteca faina cu sarea si praful de copt. Se poate cerne.

Se mixeaza ouale cu zaharul, se adauga treptat untul sau uleiul, lingura cu lingura. Se incorporeaza cacaua si esentele, dupa care se adauga faina. Aluatul format se pune la rece cateva ore, chiar se poate lasa peste noapte. Se formeaza bilutele, se dau prin zahar pudra si se aseaza pe tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. 

Se coc la 165C, timp de 10-12 minute. Timpul de coacere difera, fiti atenti sa nu le ardeti. 

Se lasa in tava vreo 5 minute, dupa ce le-ati scos din cuptor. Cand le scoateti din cuptor sunt moi, dar se mai intaresc la suprafata pe masura ce se racesc.
