O noua reteta pentru iubitorii de ciocolata. Un tortulet spirala cu pandispan cu migdale si cu crema ganache de ciocolata si frisca. Pare complicat de realizat, insa mie mi s-a parut destul de simplu desi este prima oara cand fac tort spirala.

IngredientePentru pandispanul rotund: 2 oua, 2 linguri de zahar, 1 lingura de faina, 2 linguri de faina de migdale (sau migdale macinate prin masina de nuca), un plic zahar vanilat sau o jumatate lingurita esenta de vanilie si o forma rotunda de 21-23 cm.
