Ingrediente:

  • 240g faina
  • 1 pachet praf de copt 10g
  • 1/4 lingurita sare
  • 350g zahar (eu pun intotdeauna mai putin, cam 275, maxim 300)
  • 160g unt topit, la temperatura camerei (sau 120ml ulei)
  • 4 oua
  • 80g cacao
  • 80g zahar praf cu gust de vanilie
  • 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie sau un plic zahar vanilat
  • Optional: esenta de rom sau esenta de cafea

Amandine simple

amandina simpla

Nu este reteta de la amandine originale (va rog sa nu imi semnalati asta in comentarii!!!), ci o combinatie noua de pandispan, crema si glazura, cu aspect de amandina. Va propun sa incercati si aceasta varianta si cu siguranta o sa va placa.

Ingrediente:

Blat:

  • 10 oua
  • 200g Zahar
  • 2 pachete zahar vanilat
  • 5-6 linguri faina
  • 5 linguri cacao
  • 5 linguri pesmet
  • 4-5 linguri miere
  • 1 pachet jumate praf de copt
  • 1/4 lingurita sare
  • 50 ml lapte
  • 270ml ulei

  • 315g faina
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  • 1/2 lingurita sare
  • 10 linguri unt topit, la temperatura camerei
  • 200-250g zahar, depinde de cat de dulci le vreti
  • 2 oua
  • 2 linguri suc de portocale
  • o lingurita esenta de portocale
  • un zahar vanilat
  • 80g zahar praf cu gust de vanilie
  • un pachetel coaja de portocala
  • optional: colorant alimentar portocaliu
