Spaghetti tavalite prin pesmet sau gris, cu brocoli si ginger. O varianta pentru regimul disociat, insa nu faceti exces!Ingrediente: O jumatate punga spaghetti (250g), 3-4 linguri pesmet sau gris, 4-5 linguri de ulei de samburi de struguri, o legatura de brocoli, o bucata de ginger (ghimbir) proaspat, sare si piper, lamaie.

Mod de preparare: Spaghetele se fierb conform instructiunilor de pe pachet. Intr-o tigaie se pun 2 linguri de ulei, se incinge si se adauga pesmetul (gris), se amesteca sa nu se prinda, se pun 2-3 linguri din apa in care au fiert spaghetele si se mai lasa un pic la prajit. Aveti grija sa nu se arda, trebuie doar sa prinda un pic de culoare. Se pun spaghetele (scurse de apa) in pesmet si se amesteca impreuna cu 2-3 linguri de ulei. si un pic de zeama de lamaie. Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper. Brocoli se fierbe 5-6 minute, se scurge de apa si se condimenteaza dupa gust. Se adauga o bucatica de ginger proaspat razuit.

Daca nu tineti regimul disociat si nu va temeti sa mancati dulciuri, aceste spaghette sunt foarte, foarte bune in varianta dulce. Metoda de preparare este aceeasi pana in faza de condimentare a spaghetelor. In loc sa puneti sare si piper, puneti zahar sau miere si serviti-le asa, fara sa mai adaugati altceva, cat sunt calde. Sunt un deliciu!
