Pate de macrou


O reteta rapida si buna de pate de peste adaptata dupa o reteta din The healthy heart cookbook.

Ingrediente: 250g macrou afumat, 2-3 linguri de iaurt, 1 lingura patrunjel proaspat tocat, 1 lingurita suc de lamaie, sare si piper dupa gust, un catel de usturoi, sos chili (optional), coaja de lamaie (optional).
Se poate servi cu paine prajita si felii de ardei, morcovi si tulpini de telina.

Mod de preparare: Curatati macroul de piele si verificati sa nu fie vreun os ramas. Pasati-l cu o furculita si apoi adaugati iaurtul, lamaia, patrunjelul, usturoiul tocat fin, sarea si pierul, coaja de lamaie si 2-3 stropi de sos chili (daca doriti). Combinati pana se formeaza o pasta. Eu l-am facut in food procesor, de aceea e mai lichid :)

Lasati la rece pana inainte de servire. Se serveste cu vegetale si paine prajita.
